This Hell’s Kitchen studio apartment features exposed brick walls, blue accent pillows and furniture, and chic light fixtures. It’s located in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen which means great access to everything from Broadway shows and restaurant choices, to bars and public transit. Accent rug, decorative wall art, floor plants and wood furniture accents populate this home to give it a cozy feel. The bed features a fabric headboard and patterned throw blanket while the living area has a velvet couch and TV for all your home entertainment needs. Next to the bed there’s even a desk space with a floor lamp to get work done. The kitchen and bathroom have been newly renovated as well. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities. Guests are required to bring these items with them. We hope this setup meets your needs for an extended stay, and we look forward to hosting you!...
